I've submitted an event... which calendars, publications and broadcasts will my event appear in?

• All events will appear in GazetteOnline.com, KCRG.com and iowa.com. After that, additional iowa.com calendar network publications will select event categories that appeal to their readers. Example: Hoopla and HooplaNow.com will publish events in the entertainment-related categories, such as Art Events, Music, Comedy and Nightlife. The Edge Business Magazine will publish events in the business-related categories, such as Business, Lectures/Discussions and Meetings. KCRG-TV9 producers will select events from all calendar submissions, but it's important to note that only a handful events will be on-air each weekend in the KCRG-TV9 Weekend Morning News.
  
  

How much does it cost to submit a listing?

• It's free, however the inclusion of the events in the calendars is up to the discretion of the calendar team.
  
  

I don't see an event I submitted for the calendar...where is it?

• Calendar items need to be approved by the calendar team before they appear publicly. If you provide us with an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail notice when it is approved and is visible to the public. The event will typically be approved within 24 hours since the calendar team is approving calendar items throughout each business day.
  
  To be considered for our print products, please submit your event at least 14 days in advance.
  
  

The details of my event changed... how do I make changes?

• Right now the best way to make changes is to contact the calendar team via e-mail at calendar@iowa.com or by calling (319) 398-8320. Please be sure to know the new details before you call.
  
  

Is there a preview available so I can look at what the information will look like before I submit it?

• Not yet. We're working on it and hope to have something in place soon.
